This individual is primarily responsible for sales commissions and incentive program administration, along with sales operations data & analytics. This includes managing commission and incentive program requests and inquiries from the Field (120+ sales and service reps), conducting audits, researching issues, and creating and analyzing reports for sales leadership. Success is achieved through strong analytical and research skills, the desire to support and interact with a passionate sales team, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with established policies and contracts.
