We are seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented, individual to join our Sales Operations Team. The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization through reporting, data analysis, CRM management, and process optimization for both sales data and enablement content. This role will partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, maintain accurate data, support forecasting and pipeline management, and improve operational workflows. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills, CRM experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The Sales Operations Specialist works closely with the Sales Operations Team, Sales Leadership, Channel Management Team, and cross-functional departments. This role will ensure sales processes are documented, measurable, and efficiently executed. This position plays a key role in strengthening pipeline tracking, supporting bid readiness, maintaining proposal content governance, and enhancing overall sales productivity.
