We continue to build our capacity as we expand our programs to more districts. Our Director of District Partnership (DDP) team members are key contributors to the growth and success of the company. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be working directly with the DDPs to support them with the necessary tools for maintaining and growing territories through an efficient and organized process. The Sales Operations team is responsible for data integrity initiatives and process workflows within the sales department. This includes deal approvals, report generation within the CRM, and helping to ensure a smooth handover process for a successful program launch. Sales Ops is also responsible for continued deal management throughout the program duration, through consistent communication with our Operations Department. The role will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager.
