About The Position

Restano Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead and develop its team of residential service professionals. The role oversees sales and service operations, supporting revenue growth, efficiency, profitability, excellent customer service, and operational excellence. The manager sets sales, performance, and operational goals; coaches technicians; monitors performance and provides feedback; supports technicians in the field; reviews sales and operational metrics; and partners with the hiring team to recruit, onboard, and develop technicians. The role also fosters accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

4–5+ years of leadership experience growing teams and driving revenue.
Passion for mentoring, coaching, and driving team success.
Proven ability to achieve business goals and maintain high service standards.
Excellent communication skills; confident, clear, and decisive.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead sales and service operations to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Coach technicians on sales effectiveness, customer communication, and service quality.

Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing technicians in partnership with the hiring team.
