Responsibilities

Run sales competitions that hundreds of employees compete in.
Plan leadership events, company trips, and recognition programs all over the world.
Arrange travel and housing accommodations for hundreds of employees.
Order and ship out weekly incentives.
Work with sales managers.
Create new ideas that make the company more efficient.
