About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Sales organization by ensuring accurate execution of account maintenance, customer requests, reporting, and day-to-day sales support activities. This role enables Sales Managers to focus on customer relationships and revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer service and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting sales, customer service, retail operations, or analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer item setup, SKU maintenance, and product updates in customer portals and internal systems.
  • Maintain customer records, pricing files, and account documentation.
  • Coordinate product transitions and assist with new item introductions.
  • Support customer compliance documentation and required forms.
  • Assist Sales Managers with account maintenance and customer requests.
  • Support promotional setup and execution.
  • Complete online retail price checks and competitive monitoring.
  • Monitor iMAP pricing and escalate violations.
  • Coordinate assigned tasks for customer and internal projects.
  • Follow project timelines and communicate status updates.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to complete assigned deliverables.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination for tradeshows and industry events, including logistics planning, booth setup requirements, product shipments, and vendor deadlines.
  • Coordinate product samples, marketing materials, and shipping timelines to ensure everything arrives on time and in order for each event.
  • Track event deadlines, registration requirements, and exhibitor submissions across multiple shows simultaneously during peak tradeshow season.
  • Serve as the internal point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on event deliverables and ensure nothing is missed.
  • Maintain tradeshow calendar and post-event follow-up documentation.
  • Maintain customer portals and digital assets.
  • Organize documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, and special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
