About The Position

CREtelligent is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales Operations Coordinator to partner closely with their Sales team. This role is crucial for researching commercial properties, confirming and organizing property-specific details, verifying project information for accuracy, coordinating with surveyors and other vendor partners, and assisting in the development of accurate, timely proposals for clients. The position serves as an important operational link between Sales, vendors, internal teams, and clients, ensuring proposals are based on reliable information, clear scope, competitive pricing, and responsive follow-through. It offers exposure to Sales, Project Management, vendor coordination, client support, and broader Operations career paths.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ work experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience with project and/or work requiring high attention to detail.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a service-related role directly interacting with clients or vendors
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Experience with commercial real estate or environmental due diligence preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Research commercial properties using available data sources, public records, internal tools, and vendor input to identify, validate, and organize the information needed to support client requests, project scoping, and proposal development.
  • Verify project data, property details, service requirements, due diligence needs, client instructions, and proposal inputs for accuracy before information is shared with clients, submitted to vendors, or moved forward in the order process.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, subcontractors, vendor resources, and internal teams to gather pricing, confirm scope, clarify property or project questions, monitor responses, and keep proposal activity moving forward.
  • Support the creation of client proposals by compiling verified commercial property information, vendor pricing, service scope, due diligence requirements, timelines, and other key details needed for accurate, complete, and competitive proposals.
  • Negotiate with surveyors and other subcontractors to price projects competitively and secure the best bids.
  • Troubleshoot CE and client project needs as they arise.
  • Partner with CE, project management, vendor resources, and other internal teams to ensure success of client project through to deliver.
  • Perform a variety of other tasks associated with ensuring a client’s quality experience and in support of the sales team.
  • Build transferable experience in Sales support, proposal strategy, vendor management, project coordination, and operational execution, creating a pathway to advance into Sales, Project Management, or other Operations roles as skills and business knowledge grow.
