The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting data entry related to the Home Renovation Savings Program - Attic stream. This role will assist in the valuable collection of customer detail, creation of applications, collaborating with back-office teams, and working closely with the Sales Operations Team on shared duties.

  • Experience with Office 365 and previous CRM preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review customer application files—including participation agreements, supporting documents, invoices, and photos—and accurately update the program portal and internal CRM according to established processes.
  • Contact customers via phone and email to request missing or clarifying information and update all relevant systems accordingly.
  • Create, update, and submit program applications with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Correct and update files flagged for errors or incomplete information, collaborating with internal teams, customers, and program representatives to advance applications.
  • Review and maintain daily internal audit reports to track program backlog, identify issues, and monitor overall volume.
  • Support incoming call volume by speaking with customers about program requirements, gathering necessary information for their applications, and pre-qualifying their eligibility for the program.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
