We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing Sales team. In this entry-level role, you will serve as the operational backbone for our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for auditing vendor bills, and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce and our proprietary Ally Home platform. This will be a hybrid role based out of our Gilbert, AZ office.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, operations, or sales support role.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to spot small discrepancies in numbers, invoices, or legal contracts.
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong written communication skills for negotiating with haulers and coordinating with the sales team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to waste management, logistics, or property management is a plus but not required (we will train you!).

Responsibilities

  • Review and digest nationwide hauler invoices to ensure billing accuracy and identify avoidable expenses.
  • Outline avoidable charges (e.g., contamination fees, overage charges) and compare them against Ally Home data to flag and dispute errors.
  • Contact waste haulers to request visual evidence (photos) to dispute unverified overage or contamination fees.
  • Upload invoices and input highly accurate hauler configurations, rates, and customer contact details into Salesforce and Ally Home.
  • Audit and reconcile existing customer and vendor entries created during the sales cycle to ensure structural data integrity.
  • Call haulers to determine waste configurations, track contract terms, and review nationwide local waste legislation and compliances.
