About The Position

As a Sales Operations Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering initiatives that enable sales effectiveness and drive business outcomes across the organization. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, Market Solutions, and other key departments to execute go-to-market activities, support ongoing governance of sales systems and processes, and manage key sales business initiatives. This role sits at the center of execution and coordination: translating priorities into action through effective planning, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing management of critical business processes. From supporting sales platforms to coordinating training, communications, and operational initiatives, you’ll help ensure the right work is happening at the right time and that teams are aligned around shared goals. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive problem solver who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You have strong project management and operational skills that allow you to quickly develop trust with stakeholders, facilitate discussions that drive action and decisions, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives simultaneously. You are naturally curious and ask thoughtful questions to understand root causes, dependencies, and business impact rather than simply reacting to issues as they arise. You bring a high degree of ownership and accountability, effectively influence stakeholders across functions, and are comfortable holding teams aligned to commitments and outcomes. While prior experience in healthcare or sales operations is helpful, success in this role is rooted in transferable skills such as project execution, relationship building and management, and a passion for continuous improvement, change management, and operational excellence.
