As a Building Operations Consultant, you will significantly contribute to the management of all operations ensuring the smooth functioning of the buildings that make up Beneva's real estate portfolio. You will participate in the coordination of your sector's activities to maximize the technical and financial performance of the organization. You will play a key role in mobilizing and creating synergy within the team on a daily basis. You will ensure adherence to allocated budgets, respect of deadlines, and contribute to the management of service contracts related to operations. You will be responsible for the following functions: Determining and carrying out projects to optimize resource utilization, improve energy and sustainable development performance, and obtain certifications such as BOMA BEST. Validating compliance with standards and regulatory requirements as an owner, reporting any non-compliance to your director, and taking action to correct the situation. Creating and maintaining up-to-date processes, ensuring their optimization and application for operational profitability. Developing preventive maintenance plans for all building equipment, monitoring them with building managers, and being able to demonstrate them to the required authorities during disputes or other situations. Contributing to the development and implementation of major action plans for your sector and overseeing their application by resources, including the maintenance of mechanical systems, roofing, curtain walls, etc. Interacting synergistically with internal and external clients and various partners related to operations.
