About The Position

Miracle Truss (a division of Miracle Innovations) is a steadily growing business with a multi-decade proven product line, and we are looking for another teammate to help our prospective clients with their structural steel building projects. This role is fun, POSITIVE, and offers a supportive team work environment. This is a challenging opportunity, however it is very fun and rewarding if you can learn the ropes.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills.
• Comfortable with email, basic Microsoft Excel functions, and technology such as using a CRM.
• An open mind and willingness to learn and implement a proven process.
• Previous sales and/or general customer service experience is ideal.
• Must be a go-getter, and someone who’s not afraid to work and learn a craft.

Nice To Haves

• No construction or building experience is required.
• Preferably located in St. Joseph and/or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and build a sales pipeline based on leads that are provided.
• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Attend periodic shows and events.
