About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and field-focused Aftermarket Operations Consultant to drive dealer performance, strengthen partnerships, and support aftermarket growth initiatives across an assigned district. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to dealers, helping them enhance service operations, achieve certification standards, and exceed key performance indicators. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and functional leaders to deliver impactful solutions, drive continuous improvement, and elevate the overall customer experience. This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes across a diverse dealer network. Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience in operations, training, coaching, or business management
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial performance, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring others and leading complex initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • 3 + years experience working within the material handling or industrial equipment industry
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and influence dealer or partner networks
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to impact profitability and performance

Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote TMH aftermarket programs across an assigned dealer network.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve challenges and advocate on behalf of dealers.
  • Develop and execute annual dealer objectives related to certification programs and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) to support dealer certification and performance improvement.
  • Consult dealers on advanced strategies to improve service operations, increase parts sales, and grow service market share.
  • Analyze dealer, company, and industry data to identify trends, drive efficiencies, and improve profitability.
  • Interpret complex performance data to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth planning.
  • Lead and support enterprise-level initiatives, including strategy development, implementation, and ongoing program management.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem-solving tools to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted business partner.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Travel up to 50% or more to support dealer engagement and project execution.
