About The Position

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Sales Operations, this key individual will handle various operational responsibilities such as reporting, dashboards, project management, software administration, and process development. As our Sales Operations Analyst, you will enhance the processes for Elo in a pivotal role that will evaluate and organize multiple data sources, providing direct support to our Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operational teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of progressively increasing responsibilities in an analyst or similar role, preferably in the information technology sector.
  • Demonstrated excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions and improve operational performance.
  • Forecasting & Business Planning: Proven experience in planning, forecasting, and sales strategy execution, with a solid understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and sales analytics.
  • Data Visualization & Dashboard Development: Skilled in gathering business requirements and translating them into impactful dashboards and scorecards (e.g., Power BI) that highlight meaningful KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel & Data Handling: Expertise in Excel, including working with large data sets, complex formulas, and statistical tools; familiarity with data manipulation, transformation, and visualization techniques.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Teamwork: Strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, effectively partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to achieve shared goals.
  • Initiative & Self-Leadership: Motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
  • Detail Orientation & Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multi-tasking capabilities and a disciplined approach to managing uncertainty and complexity.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or similar area.
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Report and provide insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the Sales Operations team.
  • Analyze data and provide important visualization and intelligence that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to a non-technical audience.
  • Create easy-to-follow sales processes, maintain reporting on all sales metrics; including ensuring data is current and accessible.
  • Collaborate with the IT unit to manage and ensure an effective CRM system that adds value and alignment within the organization.
  • Develop and automate customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs.
  • Support process improvement and system adoption projects to provide scalable reporting support.
