About The Position

As a Pillar To Post Home Inspection Sales and Marketing Representative to Realtors (Part-time or Full-time), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's home inspection services to real estate professionals. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with realtors, educate them about the value of our inspection services, and secure their partnership to recommend our company to their clients. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with real estate agents and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the real estate or home services industry.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, including the roles and responsibilities of realtors in the home buying and selling process.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Professional demeanor, integrity, and reliability, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and attend events.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new realtor clients, as well as nurture existing relationships for repeat business.
Identify key decision-makers within real estate agencies (teams) and establish rapport with them to position our company as their preferred home inspection provider.
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with realtors to showcase the benefits and features of our home inspection services.
Customize sales pitches and proposals to address the specific needs and preferences of individual real estate agents, emphasizing the value proposition of partnering with our company.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and digital assets tailored to realtor audiences.
Attend real estate networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to prospect for new business opportunities and expand your professional network.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate and home inspection sectors.
Provide timely and responsive customer service to realtors, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with real estate agencies, adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM software, and generate regular reports for management review.
