About The Position
Lunghamer Automotive Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team! We’re looking for someone who knows the automotive business, understands how to build relationships, and is motivated to sell. If you have dealership sales experience, a strong work ethic, and know how to take care of customers from the first conversation through delivery and beyond, we want to talk to you.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Proven ability to sell and close
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working leads through phone, text, email, and CRM
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Professional, outgoing personality
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable and ready to be part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities
- Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up consistently with customers and unsold prospects
- Maintain an active customer database and complete CRM tasks
- Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, incentives, programs, and products
- Work closely with management and the BDC to maximize every opportunity
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
