About The Position
Toyota Place in Garden Grove, CA is hiring Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join their high-performing sales team. This is a high-volume Toyota dealership with consistent showroom traffic, internet leads, and phone opportunities. The role offers the chance to grow income with a more manageable schedule, featuring 8-hour shifts and two consecutive days off. The dealership boasts strong new and pre-owned Toyota inventory and a promote-from-within management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience REQUIRED
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Internet lead, CRM, and/or digital retailing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with showroom, internet, and phone customers in a professional manner
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Present vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and financing options
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Follow up with internet leads, appointments, and previous customers
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM
- Develop repeat and referral business
- Stay current on Toyota products, incentives, and competitor offerings
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
