Requirements

Prior automotive sales experience required

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Use a consultative sales approach to match customers with the right vehicle
Develop strong product knowledge across Toyota models, features, and technology
Deliver professional and engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
Confidently overcome objections and guide customers through the sales process
Utilize dealership tools and technology to manage leads and customer follow-up
Collaborate with Sales Management on goals, performance, and growth opportunities
Maintain a professional, customer-first, and performance-driven mindset every day
