Southern Motors Honda is seeking proven Automotive Sales Professionals who are ready to advance their careers and income. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling cars, building customer relationships, managing the sales process from greeting to delivery, and consistently closing deals. This role offers the opportunity to represent a recognized automotive brand while working with a supportive team in a dynamic dealership environment.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling vehicles
- Ability to prospect, follow up, negotiate and close
- Understanding of CSI and customer retention
- Comfortable working with internet leads, phone leads and showroom traffic
- Ability to present vehicles and conduct effective test drives
- Ability to confidently discuss pricing, financing and trade-ins
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Takes ownership of customers and results
- Understands that follow-up is where deals are won
- Desire to build a long-term career
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership environment
