Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience REQUIRED
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Internet lead, CRM, and/or digital retailing experience preferred
• Professional, motivated, and customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Work with showroom, internet, and phone customers in a professional manner
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Present vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and financing options
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
• Follow up with internet leads, appointments, and previous customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM
• Develop repeat and referral business
• Stay current on Toyota products, incentives, and competitor offerings
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
