About The Position

Kendall Honda in Eugene, Oregon is seeking experienced Vehicle Sales Managers to join their team. This role is for strong, energetic leaders who will help redefine the car-buying experience. The Sales Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. This is not an entry-level position. The Sales Managers are responsible for growing the sales department through coaching and providing support to the Salespersons. Kendall Auto Group is a family-owned and operated company with auto dealerships in Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Washington and Idaho, selling and servicing vehicles since 1937. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience with demonstrated success in vehicles sales.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proven success in Automotive Sales.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Well organized.
  • Able to complete work in a timely fashion.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to treat clientele with the utmost respect.
  • A valid driver license.
  • Good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Growing our sales department through coaching and providing support to the Salespersons.
  • Assisting sales staff in closing sales.
  • Actively participating in vehicle price negotiation.
  • Appraising incoming vehicles.
  • Selling finance products.
  • Conducting Finance Manager roles including getting deals financed, paperwork, and contracts in transit.
  • Conducting sales meetings and trainings.
  • Supervising sales staff ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
  • Stocking an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory.
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling dealership sales activities.
  • Maintaining knowledge and complying with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.
