Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new IT services & staffing clients throughout the Indian market.
  • Market and sell resource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth deployment of resources.
  • Keep a robust pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Grow current accounts by placing additional consultants and resources.
  • Represent the company during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
