About The Position

The Sales Manager assists the Boutique Director with the overall management and enhancement of the boutique. The role focuses on building sales, developing and leading sales teams, and achieving a consistently high quality of service. As a leader on the sales floor and an Ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels, the Sales Manager shares the Maison’s values and helps deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
5–7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
Prior supervisory experience.
Ability to lead teams in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Strong selling and closing skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Comfort with travel.
Strong networking abilities, particularly with high-profile events.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Boutique Director to support and lead the sales team in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
Develop and implement client development strategies for new and existing clients, prospect within the database, and create long-term sales strategies to build loyalty and sales volume.
Guide the team toward performance goals through feedback, coaching, and successful sales closures.
Lead by example on the sales floor, motivate the team, and assist the Boutique Director in developing short- and mid-term strategies for client attraction, conversion, and retention.
Ensure exceptional customer service and elevate the boutique experience to drive sales growth.
Assist the Boutique Director in guiding the team to uphold Van Cleef & Arpels standards, policies, and procedures, while maintaining high operational standards.
