The Sales Manager for the North Carolina- Raleigh Division is responsible for leading, rebuilding, and driving the division’s sales performance in alignment with Chesapeake Homes’ strategic goals. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve profit potential and meet budgeted sales goals. The Sales Manager provides consistent, hands-on training and coaching to On-Site New Homes Specialists (NHS) through one-on-one sessions, regular sales rallies, and team-building activities. A key focus is ensuring that all selling techniques align with the company’s marketing initiatives, product positioning, and brand image. The Sales Manager also proactively seeks innovative methods to enhance profitability and drive overall sales performance. This is a high visibility role with direct impact on division performance, offering the ability to shape team culture, performance, and customer experience, with a strong partnership with marketing, construction, and leadership teams.
