We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our new, used, and commercial vehicle sales operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a franchised dealership sales management role.
  • Specifically in a Stellantis/Ram brand store with appropriate commercial experience.
  • Proven ability to manage pre-owned operations including appraisals, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Experience with commercial sales, including fleet reinvoicing and Ram product knowledge.
  • Strong working knowledge of CDK, DriveCentric, Chrysler DealerConnect, vAuto, Stockwave, Roadster, RouteOne, and Paylocity.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with a focus on accountability and process execution.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations across new, used, and commercial departments.
  • Desk deals using DriveCentric, ensuring structure, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead commercial sales efforts, including Ram commercial vehicles and fleet sales.
  • Maintain high standards for vehicle display, merchandising, and online presentation.
  • Conduct daily sales team meetings, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Manage leads, follow-up, and sales team workflows in DriveCentric CRM.
  • Collaborate with parts, service, and F&I to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Assist with forecasting, advertising campaigns, and monthly goal setting.
