About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Sales Manager for their Kendall Hyundai dealership. This role is responsible for growing the sales department by coaching and supporting salespersons. The Sales Department operates in a fast-paced environment, serving clients throughout the community. The Sales Manager will work directly with sales staff to assist in closing sales, participate in price negotiations, appraise vehicles, conduct sales meetings and trainings, and supervise staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance. Additional duties include managing vehicle inventory for efficiency and profitability, planning and organizing dealership sales activities, and staying knowledgeable about and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Dealership Sales Management experience.
  • A valid driver license and good driving record.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
