About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Sales Manager to join the team at Kendall Hyundai. This role is in a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The Sales Manager is responsible for growing the sales department through coaching and providing support to the Salespersons. This position involves working directly with sales staff to assist in closing sales, actively participating in vehicle price negotiation, appraising incoming vehicles, conducting sales meetings and trainings, and supervising sales staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance. Other duties include managing an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory, planning, organizing, and controlling dealership sales activities, and maintaining knowledge of and compliance with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proven success in Automotive Sales.
  • 1-2 years’ work Dealership Sales Management experience.
  • Valid driver license and good driving record.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
