Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on coaching, guidance, and training to support the successful closing of deals and maximize team performance.
  • Oversee daily sales activities, including CRM usage, sales meetings, and one-on-one mentoring, ensuring team members hit their targets.
  • Hire, train, and develop top talent, fostering a high-performing team culture across all departments.
  • Collaborate on annual sales forecasts, defining goals for unit sales, profit margins, and operating costs.
  • Implement and train on processes that provide staff with the tools to succeed and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee merchandising and promotional activities for our GMC, Buick, and Cadillac inventory, ensuring adherence to premium brand standards.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, maintaining the high level of loyalty Capital is known for.
