DeVoe Buick GMC is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team in Naples, Florida. We are looking for experienced professionals in automotive sales, car sales, retail sales, or commission-based sales who are ready to take advantage of a high-traffic showroom, strong inventory, and a proven sales process. As a proud, multi-year Buick Dealer of the Year recipient, we have built a reputation for customer satisfaction, repeat business, and consistent sales volume. Requirements
- 1+ years of automotive sales, car sales, or commission-based sales experience
- Strong closing skills and customer service mindset
- Experience with CRM systems (automotive CRM preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
Responsibilities
- Sell new and pre-owned Buick and GMC vehicles, including trucks, SUVs, and luxury models
- Work internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic
- Utilize CRM (customer relationship management software) to track pipeline, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Guide customers through the full sales process from greeting to delivery
- Close deals using a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain consistent activity levels to hit monthly sales targets
