About The Position

Automotive Sales Consultants, also known as Sales Client Advisors, are integral to the vehicle sales process. Their responsibilities include arranging test drives for customers and effectively matching customers with vehicles that meet their personal needs and budget. This role offers significant earning potential through commission and bonuses, with uncapped earnings, presenting an opportunity for a life-changing career.

Requirements

  • Valid Driving License
  • Acceptable Driving Record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Greets incoming customers in the showroom and dealership lot
  • Matching customer’s vehicle needs including car features and spending budget
  • Maximizes vehicle unit sales in a professional and ethical manner
  • Performs test drives as needed
  • Initiates post-delivery follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolves customer concerns or requests
  • Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties
