About The Position

If you're an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to build relationships, sell ethically, and move cars efficiently-this is an opportunity to earn at a high level in a busy, well-supported shop. We are growing and need someone who can step in and produce immediately. This role stands out due to a high-volume service drive with strong earning potential, an established customer base, supportive leadership, an experienced tech team, and closed Sundays for work/life balance. There is also a career path into management or fixed ops leadership.

Requirements

  • Dealership Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to sell and manage a high-volume workload
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with dealership systems and technology
  • Valid driver's license and clean record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and take ownership of the service experience from start to finish
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs with confidence and integrity
  • Write and manage repair orders efficiently
  • Communicate clearly on timelines, pricing, and updates
  • Work closely with technicians to keep workflow moving
  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
