We are looking for experienced professionals in automotive sales, car sales, retail sales, or commission-based sales who are ready to take advantage of a high-traffic showroom, strong inventory, and a proven sales process. Requirements

1+ years of automotive sales, car sales, or commission-based sales experience
Strong closing skills and customer service mindset
Experience with CRM systems (automotive CRM preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Professional appearance and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
High school diploma or GED required
Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Sell new and pre-owned Buick and GMC vehicles, including trucks, SUVs, and luxury models
Work internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic
Utilize CRM (customer relationship management software) to track pipeline, follow-ups, and sales activity
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
Guide customers through the full sales process from greeting to delivery
Close deals using a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Maintain consistent activity levels to hit monthly sales targets
