About The Position

Arrigo Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram at Fort Pierce is seeking a qualified Sales Manager. Responsibilities

• Work directly with the sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to develop referrals and establish a customer network.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing sales.
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potential.
• Use excellent phone skills.
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
• Work with wholesale operations to purchase inventory from auctions, off-lease returns, and intercompany sources.
• Complete trade appraisals.
