About The Position
Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Fort Pierce, part of Morgan Auto Group, is hiring an entry-level or experienced Express Technician. The position offers an opportunity to build a technician career through in-house training, technician tools, career paths with progressive pay, and the possibility of promotion from within. Experience is beneficial but not required. Pay is based on experience and certifications. The technician performs express vehicle services, inspections, and related maintenance within assigned time limits; documents findings for customer review; and maintains a clean work area while reporting equipment-related safety concerns.
Requirements

- Perform required services within management-assigned time limits.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive service experience; experience is beneficial but not required.
- ASE certifications are recognized.
Responsibilities
- Perform express services in a timely manner.
- Check and top off fluid levels and tire pressures on every vehicle serviced.
- Reset oil reminder lights and replace oil change reminder stickers.
- Lubricate suspension fittings and door hinges.
- Perform general visual inspections and document findings using the provided digital inspection report format.
- Perform required service within the time allotted by management.
- Provide the Service Advisor with the inspection report promptly for review with the customer.
- Report safety concerns to the Service Manager or Shop Foreman in the event of equipment failure.
- Keep the work area clean at all times.
