About The Position
Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass is hiring Sales Advisors to join its team in Tamarac, Florida. The role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with ongoing training and support, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. The dealership is looking for outgoing, self-motivated, energetic people who enjoy helping customers and are willing to learn. Previous car sales experience is ideal but not required; previous call center experience is an asset but not required. Saturdays are required, and some Sundays may be required.

- Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and process-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with accurate record keeping.
- Ability to actively listen and deliver a strong customer experience.
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
- Ability to think and learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Interest in the automotive industry.
- Availability to work Saturdays and some Sundays.

Responsibilities
- Discuss customers’ needs and direct them appropriately within the dealership.
