About The Position

Arrigo Sawgrass, part of Morgan Auto Group, is hiring a Service Advisor to provide professional customer service and coordinate vehicle repair work. Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide timely, professional service.
Find ways to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email, including answering incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Explain work status and listen to customer inquiries and requests; ask questions to identify service needs and resolve concerns.
Sell additional services when appropriate and meet or exceed add-on sales goals.
Estimate repair costs and completion times, and settle customer accounts.
Coordinate repair work to help ensure it is completed correctly the first time and on time.
Obtain customers’ written approval on repair orders at write-up and when closing additional sales.
Inspect completed repair orders for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility.
Meet or exceed OEM Customer Satisfaction Index expectations.
Deliver vehicles in perfect condition.
Identify repeat and first-time customers and treat them accordingly.
Contact customers about service appointments and scheduled maintenance.
Document repair order changes.
Review repairs and associated charges with customers to prevent surprises and ensure accuracy.
Address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues promptly.
