About The Position

Spartanburg Honda, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and career-driven Sales Manager to join their team. Hudson Automotive Group is a large and rapidly growing automotive dealer group in the Southeast U.S. committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a history of success.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a high-volume dealership Sales Manager with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a top-performing sales team.
  • Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Closing skills and a great attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Train, motivate, and retain a successful sales team.
  • Deliver on sales goals while upholding high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to build effective teams.
  • Facilitate deals throughout the entire sales process lifecycle.
