About The Position

Tallahassee CDJR, part of Morgan Auto Group, is hiring a Sales Manager for its dealership in Tallahassee, Florida. The role works directly with the sales team and customers to develop relationships, resolve disconnects in the sales process, support and train sales staff, and help close deals. The Sales Manager also desks deals, takes customer turnovers (T.O.’s), helps manage other aspects of the sales department, works with wholesale sources to purchase inventory, and completes trade appraisals. Requirements

• Prior sales leadership experience.
• Strong deal-closing ability.
• Ability to desk secondary.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the sales team and customers to develop relationships and bridge disconnects in the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to develop referrals and establish a customer network.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing sales.
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential.
• Help manage other aspects of the sales department.
• Work with wholesale sources to purchase vehicles for inventory, including from auctions, off-lease returns, and intercompany sources.
• Complete trade appraisals.
