About The Position

Premium Retail Services is seeking a Sales Manager for its Wireless team. The role oversees wireless sales across multiple Walmart retail locations, leading and developing teams to achieve sales and business goals. Wireless category knowledge and prior wireless sales experience are not mandatory; the company provides ongoing in-store and online training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions. The position offers a base salary plus a monthly performance-based bonus and commission, a benefits package, training and coaching, and career-advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Two years of sales experience and a record of consistently surpassing sales objectives.
Prior leadership experience.
An interest in or aptitude for wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3–4 retail locations, including recruitment, coaching, and development, to achieve sales and business goals.
Motivate and empower teams to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Act as a player-coach by modeling sales techniques and training practices.
Execute recruitment and retention plans to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused workforce.
Demonstrate professionalism, strong work ethic, and determination while fostering collaboration with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership.
