The Sales Manager for Service and Training is a pivotal leadership growth role responsible for driving revenue growth, supporting market expansion, and leading account acquisition efforts for the Noble IQ division. This manager will oversee a team and be responsible for establishing a State & Local sales strategy, as well as execute targeted sales strategies focused on Noble’s customized training programs (including HazMatIQ, BatteryIQ, and tactical response), and our post-procurement lifecycle sustainment, equipment repair, and technical support services. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the military, federal, law enforcement, and first responder markets, and brings a proven track record of selling first responder equipment and complex service programs while successfully coaching and guiding a sales team.
