Quarter 1 focuses on Sales Excellence, where you will master our proven in-home sales process, sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, and lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism to achieve key performance benchmarks. Quarter 2 shifts to Leadership Development, where you will mentor and coach new sales representatives, lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs, and drive accountability, culture, and results to help develop future top performers. Requirements

3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
Proven success selling high-ticket products or services
Strong communication skills with leadership potential
Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team
