About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is a rapidly expanding home improvement company, recognized on Qualified Remodeler's Top 500 and as an Owens Corning Top Performer MVP. The company has experienced significant growth, increasing revenue from $3M to nearly $500M in seven years by focusing on quality, care, and compassion. This role is for elite sales professionals aiming for leadership through a Sales Manager in Training program, which includes a 2-quarter leadership track. Quarter 1 focuses on Sales Excellence, involving mastering the sales process, selling various home exterior products, leading by example, and achieving performance benchmarks. Quarter 2 shifts to Leadership Development, where trainees will mentor new sales representatives, lead trainings and huddles, drive accountability and culture, and contribute to developing future top performers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
- Proven success selling high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication skills with leadership potential
- Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team
Responsibilities
- Master our proven in-home sales process
- Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism
- Achieve key performance benchmarks
- Mentor and coach new sales representatives
- Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
