About The Position

The Enterprise Sales Management Trainee Internship is a paid, 12-week summer internship for university and college students. Interns gain practical business and leadership experience while taking on challenges similar to those of first- and second-year full-time professionals. The program provides training in business management through a team-based environment, with opportunities to learn alongside peers.

Interns develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. The position is available in multiple cities in Oregon: Portland (97086), Tigard/Tualatin (97223), Salem (97301), and Eugene (97401). Compensation is $18.50 per hour, with an end-of-summer scholarship award of $500–$1,000 for top-performing interns. Top interns may be offered a full-time position after graduation.

Requirements

• Be enrolled at a college or university and graduate with a bachelor's degree no later than May or June 2028.
• Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related event on the driving record in the past three years, such as a DUI or DWI.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
• Commit to 12 weeks and be available to work 30–40 hours per week from June 2027 through September 2027.
