Sales Management Trainee Internship - Springfield, IL - Summer 2027
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship provides real-world professional experience, going beyond just a resume line. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. The program mirrors the challenges faced by first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, fostering learning, growth, and fun. This 10 to 12-week internship is scheduled to start on May 19th, 2027, and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $17/hr. The internship will be located in the Springfield, IL office.
Requirements
- Must be a current student working towards the completion of their Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of either August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- 10-12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start May 18th, 2027.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be available the required days listed in the posting: Tuesday, May 18th, June 7th-June 9th and Thursday, July 29th.
