About The Position

The Summer Sales Intern supports the ready-mix concrete sales team through customer follow-up, lead development, sales training resources, and targeted account outreach. The intern responds to and helps route online inquiries, assists in developing a SharePoint-based sales training site, and contacts assigned house accounts to identify additional business opportunities involving concrete fibers, curing compounds, sealers, and related value-added products. Periodic travel to ready-mix plants, customer locations, and active construction jobsites may be required. Plant and jobsite visits may involve moving equipment, truck traffic, noise, dust, uneven surfaces, and changing weather conditions. Required personal protective equipment and safety rules must be followed. The schedule is generally during normal business hours, although occasional early-morning, after-hours, or event participation may be required based on business needs.
