Requirements

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail — you don’t let things slip through the cracks
  • Comfortable navigating and interpreting regulations, policies, and legal requirements
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex requirements into clear next steps
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, compliance, or operational support roles

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Salesforce or document management systems is a plus
  • additional education is a plus
  • Experience working with licensing, permitting, or regulatory processes is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Drive licensing operations by preparing and submitting applications across multiple states and municipalities
  • Own tracking and renewals, ensuring all licenses remain active, accurate, and up to date
  • Be the expert on licensing requirements — researching, interpreting, and applying local, county, and state regulations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Field Operations, and internal teams to gather documentation and keep projects moving
  • Maintain and optimize systems by managing licensing databases, records, and documentation archives
  • Communicate proactively by keeping stakeholders informed of regulatory changes and impacts
  • Ensure compliance excellence by reviewing applications, documents, and processes for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with external agencies to resolve questions, submit documentation, and keep approvals on track
