The Commercial Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is designed to develop early career professionals who are interested in a career in sales. This program spans 3-4 rotations within the duration of two years, offering a blend of foundational and specialized training, along with networking, coaching and development. You will engage in practical experiences aligned with your strengths and interests, gaining cross-functional insights into the entire business. With on-the-job training, you’ll have a direct impact contributing to company success and growth. This program will provide a well-rounded learning experience within multiple areas within the commercial organization and within partnering functions (Marketing, Customer Experience, etc..). In addition to support from your manager and trainers, you will receive mentoring from a key leader within the organization. Upon completion of the rotational program, you will be placed into a key commercial role. Roles include, but are not limited to: Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Enablement Manager.
