The Commercial Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is designed to develop early career professionals interested in a career in sales. This program spans 3-4 rotations over two years, offering a blend of foundational and specialized training, networking, coaching, and development. Participants will engage in practical experiences aligned with their strengths and interests, gaining cross-functional insights into the entire business. Through on-the-job training, they will directly contribute to company success and growth. The program provides a well-rounded learning experience within multiple areas of the commercial organization and partnering functions like Marketing and Customer Experience. In addition to support from managers and trainers, participants will receive mentoring from a key leader. Upon completion, graduates will be placed into key commercial roles such as Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Sales Enablement Manager. This position requires approximately 50% travel, subject to change based on rotation path. Candidates must be located in the Raleigh, NC area and open to long-term relocation for career advancement.
