About The Position

Alignment Health is breaking the mold in conventional health care, committed to serving seniors and those who need it most: the chronically ill and frail. Our Rotational Strategic Leadership Program offers recent MBA graduates a 16-month rotational experience as a Strategic Leadership Development Program Associate, providing onsite hands-on learning across multiple business areas which includes executive mentorship and leadership development to manage cross-functional teams. Individuals will work with and lead cross-functional teams to receive an accelerated learning opportunity through analyzing comprehensive business processes, identifying systemic financial and/or financial risks, and driving improvement for identified areas. Our program empowers passionate, driven individuals through immersive rotational experiences that provide hands-on exposure to key strategic areas: Clinical and Business Operations, Financial Modeling and Management, Sales & Marketing, and Markets.

Requirements

  • MBA or graduate-level degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, finance, analytics, operations, strategy, or healthcare‑adjacent roles
  • Proven leadership experience through managing projects, leading initiatives, or influencing cross‑functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make swift, customer-focused decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience analyzing large, real‑world datasets to support business and strategic decision‑making
  • Ability to develop executive‑ready analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Willingness and flexibility to rotate across multiple functions, business units, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to leadership audiences

  • 2–4 years of professional experience with a strong track record of success
  • Influential leader who drives change and makes a meaningful impact both internally and externally
  • High attention to detail, comfortable with management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with financial or operational modeling, scenario analysis, or KPI reporting
  • Exposure to additional analytical or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
  • Self-starter with a history of taking ownership and delivering measurable results
