As an Education Leadership & Learning Executive, you will be responsible for leading strategic engagements with K-12 education customers. You will work closely with education sales executives as part of a collaborative team to transform teaching and learning environments with Apple products. This role requires critical thinking, extraordinary presentation and storytelling skills, and the ability to inspire change at system leadership levels in education. Success requires working across complex environments, building community, developing relationships, and implementing at speed. You will be one of our ‘go-to education experts, bringing deep knowledge of Apple in education and the local education industry to make an impact for systems, leaders, teachers, and students. You will be a key part of our Education Sales team, driving Apple’s core education messaging and influencing education leaders to adopt Apple products and services to ignite learning outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to system and education leaders, supporting teaching and learning at scale. As a skilled storyteller, you will present Apple solutions to the education market and demonstrate how they can best meet customer needs — at seminars, briefings, conferences, and workshops, as well as to individual strategic accounts. You will execute plans by coordinating cross-functionally with Business and Education leads, Partner and Business Development Executives, Field Engineers, Resellers, and Strategic Partners — drawing on our collective expertise to drive scale and velocity. You will work closely with our strategic partners — building their education capabilities, collaborating on key opportunities, and helping bring Apple’s education solutions to more schools and systems. You will help build communities that support our education initiatives: Apple Distinguished Schools, Apple Distinguished Educators, Apple Professional Learning Specialists and Providers, and the Apple Education Community.

Requirements

  • Extraordinary knowledge of the K-12 education market and a deep understanding of effective classroom technology.
  • Deep understanding of the local education system, with a preference for having taught and been a school leader within this system.
  • Experience in an educational leadership role, with a proven track record of driving substantive change.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; able to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem, products, and services.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proactive and flexible; takes initiative, challenges the status quo, and pivots quickly.
  • Team player with natural confidence in an education environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic sales organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in system and government engagement preferred.
  • Experience in business development preferred.
  • Master’s degree or Doctorate preferred.
